Key Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s accounts receivables portfolio.
Track, monitor, and follow up on customer invoices and outstanding payments.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Prepare accounts receivable reports and aging analyses.
Liaise with the sales team and customers to ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer payment records.
Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
