Job Description

Our client is a leading plastic manufacturing company committed to delivering quality products and expanding into international markets. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented French-speaking Export Sales Manager to lead our business growth in Francophone Africa and other international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with international distributors, clients, and partners.

  • Drive business development in French-speaking markets, with a focus on Francophone Africa.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas clients.

  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade policies, and shipping requirements.

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and international business meetings.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in export sales or international business development (preferably in a plastic manufacturing company).

  • Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and expanding into new markets.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel internationally when required.
