Our client is a leading plastic manufacturing company committed to delivering quality products and expanding into international markets. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented French-speaking Export Sales Manager to lead our business growth in Francophone Africa and other international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.
Identify, engage, and manage relationships with international distributors, clients, and partners.
Drive business development in French-speaking markets, with a focus on Francophone Africa.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas clients.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade policies, and shipping requirements.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and international business meetings.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in export sales or international business development (preferably in a plastic manufacturing company).
Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international trade regulations.
Proven track record of achieving export sales targets and expanding into new markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel internationally when required.
