As an Invoicing Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance department. You will be responsible for accurately generating and processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and providing support to the finance team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
- Assist with financial reporting and data analysis.
- Provide support to the finance department in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in finance or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
